Description
There's so much power in commitment. Whatever you're committing to becomes part of what you're focusing on. Committing to a relationship, an employer, or a certain path is a choice we make every day. Like any commitment, it comes with challenges. But it's up to us if we use those challenges as a learning lesson. Or we let them drain and derail us from our plan. Join us in this new episode as we discuss with Tracie G. Kenyon how commitment and resilience can help you reach your goals, even when things don't happen the way you'd want them to. Tracie G. Kenyon is the President/CEO of the Montana Credit Union League where she provides leadership for Montana’s credit unions in advocacy, compliance, outreach and development, education and training, public relations, fee-based services and vendor relationships, and employee benefits.     She is the immediate past chairman of Filene Research Institute and treasurer of Western CUNA Management School. She previously chaired the AACUL Board and served as a National Credit Union Foundation Board member.    Tracie has a bachelor’s degree in Psychology, a master’s degree in Professional Communication (MPC), Certified Professional Coach certification, ACC (Associate Certified Coach) designation, CAE (Certified Association Executive) designation, and CUDE (Credit Union Development Educator) designation.
