Check out this cool new podcast by a bunch of Boston-area word/theater/sound artists. It’s smart, enigmatic, and funny. It gave me the same enraptured feeling I had as a small-ish child when I’d be snuggled under the covers (and presumably sleeping), but listening my little radio tuned to some god-knows-what-it-was radio play. I’m sure I understood little of what I heard, but the sense — of being transported to some magical, imaginal place to which I was inexplicably privy — is precisely what Penumbra feels like. Go listen.

Seriously, there's a bisexual private eye on Mars in a detective noir style thing. Add that to great writing, great voice acting, and a great story and you get a podcast that you won't want to miss.
