Compassionate and So Well Done
I listened to parts 1 and 2 “Meg” and was struck with this amazing story of compassion, self understanding, and redemption. The story was riveting. Meg’s story is hard to hear—the physical and emotional abuse of the children in her family was truly horrific—but what an absolute victory for her to come out on the other side and rebuild her life to the point where she understands where her dad came from and could open herself up to therapy in order to live a good life and be a good parent. My heart goes out to her—what an accomplishment. And on top of all this, she finished college and started a company. Huge applause to Jasper and her crew who are doing this podcast.
