A Neccessity to Listen
I give this podcast a 5-Star rating because it provides an informative, real life and entertaining overview of both veganism and powerlifting. Alex Ciccone does not just provide a lengthy list of observations and facts, but also an “action plan” for anyone wanting to follow his lead. His personal accomplishments prove people wrong that believe that a vegan lifestyle prevents one from being physically strong. The most powerful message Ciccone delivers is that through hard work, commitment and determination there is really no obstacle in life than cannot be overcome.
