I was lucky enough to come across your podcast channel a few weeks ago, and I’ve been listening to your episodes religiously at work ever since (I work in a kitchen, so having your “company” is super stress-relieving, comforting, and motivational).
I sincerely appreciate your constant reminders that it’s a daily conscious effort to send out positive vibrations, especially as I am more towards the beginning of my spiritual journey out of the Darkness and I often find myself upset and discouraged that my actions and reactions don’t always align with my core intentions. It’s humbling to hear your own personal anecdotes about your struggles and successes, and it’s comforting to learn that i’m not the only one who has difficulty remaining present and mindful all the time, and that I shouldn’t let slip-ups hold me back from trying again. I actually keep a little notebook in my pocket to jot down notes and quotations from your show, which help me out later on that night if I’m feeling low and need a little pick-me-up! :)
