Motivated by her personal journey, she founded the Releasing Grief Instagram Page as a safe haven for those facing similar struggles. Currently expanding her reach with the Releasing Grief YouTube Channel, Kara aims to provide support and comfort to others on their grief journey. Additionally, her eBook, "The Day I Lost Someone," shares valuable insights and experiences to aid others in navigating their own grief.
