Jarring music and vague references to god
Like another reviewer, I found the opening and closing super upbeat music really incongruous with the quiet, meditative state that the actual meditation part is meant to achieve. Doing away with it or at least swapping it for something that’s not going to ruin the effects of the meditation for you would be a major improvement. Another peeve is the vague and casual reference to god - “whatever god means to you”, etc - which excludes atheists. I understand that it’s largely geared towards an American audience but the podcast is available internationally and people who aren’t religious (in or outside the US) should not have to feel excluded.

There is an interesting range of guests with different meditative styles and much to teach. However the intro and outro are very jarring, making it impractical as a meditative tool. Just put the meditation up.

A limited amount of meditations that were longer than 10min. I’d like more Nidras as well for variety.
