“I’ve been listening to The Producer’s Perspective for over 2 years, and while the interviews are quite interesting, I’ve finally had it with the poor audio quality and having to wait several days for the download/stream to work properly. It’s particularly annoying in the car, since the non-working episodes require me to unlock the phone while driving to clear the error message before I can listen to anything else. I kept hoping these things would be fixed eventually, considering the number of reviews mentioning the same problems. (And whatever new microphone Ken got recently hasn’t helped much — part of the problem is at the encoding stage.)”
