Time for another Product Boss coaching session! She’d love to make enough to retire her husband one day, but has a hard enough time just raising five kids right now. Lots of Product Bosses are in similar situations, so let’s jump in and see what we can do. First, we talk about setting a concrete goal: How much do you want to make in one year? Three years? Next, we dig into the ideate phase: Are you making the right product and are you selling it to the right customer? Finally we dive into platforms. Right now, Yvette is only on Etsy.
