First, I got a nice reminder that I can engage in scholarship no matter where I am and I don’t have to listen to the nagging voice that says I have to complete a PhD to be valid. Second, the first episode I listened to was the five year plan which happened to be the same week as my annual review planning session. It already makes me feel more purposeful and less stuck in a rut. Thanks for all of your work!
