This weeks guest is Karina Daniluck. She is a Lead UI/UX Designer based out of Kelowna BC. She is currently working with an app start-up company, and prior to that, she was with Disney for over 12 years. During this episode we talk about:-how she got into design because she wanted to improve the town's aesthetics.-her early design days at Club Penguin and what the transition was like when Disney purchased them. -why design community is so important. -a lesson learned on a Disney project that she was a part of. -the time where rules and policies started to cause friction. -the incredible project, big deal project, some would say dream project that went incredible but was killed for reasons out of her control.-the project where she was able to dramatically increase the conversion rate of a website and why she is so proud of it.
