Best season yet
I stumbled upon K Starr in 2013 after I had my first knee surgery. I was trying to figure out why I wore out my knee, and no one could provide an answer. But after watching some of his videos, I figured it out in 15 minutes- I moved horribly. Since then I have been a disciple- I have tracked down every podcast he and Juliet have ever been on, I have three of their books, my own stand up/moving desk, and possibly a small man crush... so imagine my excitement when this podcast came out. This season though, with the folks they talk to about kids and their development, is phenomenal. My daughter is five and my athletic goal is for her to never tear an ACL, and we are well on our way. They even turned me on to Roar by Dr. Sims, which I already finished reading. Do yourself a favor and dive in... remember, even if you don’t believe in squatting, squatting believes in you. So don’t be heroic, be consistent and listen to episode one now!

This podcast with these two is honestly the best thing going. They have these super relevant and brainy guests who are making a huge impact in our world and on our kids. Wanna save the world? Start with the kids. Merci Beaucoup.
