“In December 2021, my college attending daughter used some of her limited resources to purchase the Relevant yearly print edition for me as a gift. Relevant charged her debit card $48.72 and has still not sent the product well over a year later. All efforts to reach them have failed. They do not respond. This is fraud. They have stolen from my daughter. I would appreciate a refund or that they send the product my daughter purchased.
Be wary of sending Relevant any money for any product. They have a history of not fulfilling their obligations that goes back many years. Check the BBB and articles written by other Christian magazines for verification.”
