“I enjoyed this show and listened for a long time. But something is going very wrong at Relevant. After taking peoples’ money for a pre-order of their annual edition magazine (for 2021, mind you) the company has gone completely dark in delivering this product. In December of 2021, order confirmations said orders would soon be “ready to ship.” No update was made again to customers until April of 2022 when an email went out saying the magazine which has experienced delayed would be shipping “in a few weeks.” It’s now September of 2022 — 10 months since Relevant has received payment and they are leaving every communication path unanswered. For months I’ve been calling every help number on the website, every support email, contacting on socials. Nothing from the organization, team, or the podcast hosts (whose reputation must be tied to the company that is now paying them with money from customers that have been taken advantage of.) At this point, it sure seems like a grift that everyone at the christian-branded Relevant is willing to go along with.”
