“I used to love Relevant. In 2021 my wife bought me the annual print copy for Christmas, it never arrived, they never made it, they never sent anything out about it. I’ve emailed, messaged, called, done everything to try and get our money back. Last year they started this premium service with all these promises. We signed up for a year and didn’t get most of what is promised. When we tried to cancel the link on their site doesn’t work. So calling in to cancel and never got a person or a return call from all my voicemails. Absolutely absurd for a company, let alone one claiming to be in the Christian space.”
