“Podcast is great… except they comment on things like how Twitter fired it’s customer service people… and then Relevant Magazine’s customer service is TERRIBLE. Paid for the annual print edition, never received it, they won’t respond to emails or customer service requests, and it is STILL available for purchase in their store. SHAMEFUL. Taking our money. Do better”
