Officials at the Wayfarers Chapel in Rancho Palos Verdes now say it’s unlikely they’ll ever be able to reopen to the public on its current land. The discount chain 99 Cents Only is shutting all of its 371 locations. A new music center in Historic South Central is bringing state of the art equipment and classes to an affordable housing complex.
