“So here’s what happened: I just received my new iPad having never used an Apple product before and the first thing I did was follow Rexin Around on here. I’d written this beautiful five paragraph essay on why this is the podcast to watch and then I swiped the wrong area of the screen and my review was gone. So I’ll summarise. It won’t be as eloquent, I apologise.
Michael, you’re doing amazing sweetie. We love to see all the Michael-ness and Michaeling around. Your chaotic humour is something I really resonate with and always puts a smile on my face. Also I’m biased because aside from Ahsoka, Rex is my favourite fictional character.
Greg… thank you for your service. In trying to keep this podcast on track when Michael derails and has his sugar rush. How long does it take to put him down for his nap? (sorry Michael please don’t block me) I recently joined the Discord to revel in the enthusiasm of this community, though I can’t promise I’ll ever be able to watch your streams (time zones and bed time and all that) your facial expressions when a topic takes a turn are hilarious, but also we’re gonna have to have a discussion about how you think removing Han and Lando from the franchise would have minor repercussions. I have fifteen Wikipedia articles standing by on how your opinion is factually incorrect and a social media campaign to cancel you. Of course, I jest.
In short, you guys never fail to make me laugh. In fact, my family have commented on how much more laughter has been coming from my bedroom. (There’s been some pretty ugly cackling, I’m gonna be honest) thank you for keeping me a bit more sane during the first UK lockdown and all the others after that. My mental health, as with many other people’s, took a hit so the distraction has been very much welcome.
Okay, so that review ended up being longer than the last but I like to think that proves how much you guys and this podcast means to me. Big hugs - especially to Janay, she’s Queen, and may the force be with you, always.”
