Great Interview with Sid Garza Hillman
I have been listening to many of the episodes and enjoyed today’s in particular. All of Dr. Peter Raisanen’s episodes are well paced and go into depth. He asks the questions that we all want to ask as the interview proceeds. In this episode, Sid discusses that we can avoid overwhelm by spending 5 minutes on a project and that it often helps to bridge to longer focus on it. He also discussed his customized approach when doing food and exercise coaching and sometimes adding just a stalk of celery is a realistic goal to increase fiber and it’s important to avoid too many changes at one time to avoid overwhelm.
