For all survivors
Having gone through a church abuse situation, I’m finding this exploration of evil in the church to be very healing. I like Mike’s emphasis on the fact that we can’t confuse the work of God and the work of men- especially the narcissists who are so often attracted to the pulpit. The story telling is compelling (addictive!) and I love the music they’ve chosen.

I’ve really enjoyed the listen but I really would’ve hoped that, in deconstructing the toxic leadership of Mark Driscoll, the podcasters would be more thoughtful by not including Tony Jones, who has been accused of abuse by his ex-wife.
