I liked the early episodes alot, although there were great errors and misconceptions in some comments. In Crazy Town’s The Gift Of Game-episode, the guys claimed n-word was being said by the white members, but the word is said said by guests in the song, who are both black. It wouldn’t be too much work to find this out (including listening to the whole song and hear guest appearances in it). Early episodes were also better, because Matt wasn’t constantly bringing up ”characters”, if at all. For instance, episode for White Pony by Deftones was ruined by Matt’s constant nonsense and unfunny character work, which all translated only as awkward and uncomfortable to me. I don’t know if I’m alone in this, but I prefer silent Matt than unfunny and unfocused Matt.
