“Sorry in advance for the long review, but I felt the need to share. I have had so many doubts and questions about my faith, I was raised in a straight line how to think and never to question. If I did question why something in my faith was the way it was it was considered sinful. As I grew older, went through some rough and tough times, I continued to question and grow in my own spiritual journey with God. Not what I was being told but what I was connecting with myself, it helped so much. My cross country road trip I took with my dog from Kentucky to California especially opened my mind, my heart, and my eyes. I had some amazing experiences and connection spiritually. I’m moved the most when I see the work of God in nature. Colorado took my breath away I talked with God for a solid 2 hours. I’ve been in Cali for a few months and I’ve prayed here and there when I remembered and started to practice meditation. My significant other and I have been through a lot together the past 3 months, and my family has went through some things, turning me to try out practicing my faith more and talk to God more and get some guidance. Podcasts are a new thing for me and thank God, Susan Stabile was a guest on the Happy Hour podcast and I have come to discover the Enneagram 🙌🏼. As soon as that episode was over I hurried to find this podcast. I have been listening to this podcast for about two weeks and bought the book and the work book “The road back to you” 2 days ago and I’m already in week 3. I can’t put it down. I love learning how other people see life and I’m starting to see how I see life and didn’t even realize. They are right when they say not to trust the tests, the tests say I’m a 3w2 but I’m pretty sure I’m a 9w8, still on the journey though. So so thankful for Susan and Ian and for God opening this door for my path to further self discovery and my discovery to closer relationship with God. Hearing these different people talk about their experiences, emotions, ups, and downs, it brings a whole new perspective. You start to relate to stories in your past and realize why you reacted that certain way to that certain situation. I love this podcast! So thankful for the discovery.”
