“This is as funny as it gets. There are some very legit criticisms on here (non sequiter humor is not for everyone) but the relatively low rating also comes from a few people who don’t understand the concept of a straight man (Carolina) and a few people who took umbrage at about 4 total seconds of political content in the first season.
The second season starts off a little slow with a couple interviews being way too serious for the podcast. I’d listen to those guests on another podcast but it was the wrong tone here.
But second season has really picked up again since the Clayton Kershaw episode.
My favorite episode is still the theme song episode cause it’s just off the rails crazy.
This is classic Will Ferrell. Not watered down. Loud and weird. It’s great to have him back.”
