Disappointed
I loved your show until you interviewed someone with absolutely no nutrition education and training on intermittent fasting. Dr. Carrie Jones is not a nutrition expert. When she uses phrases like “love your liver” it’s a clear sign she’s not using evidence based nutrition. I love that you usually interview experts, i.e. a physical therapist spoke very intelligently on her expertise in pelvic floor dysfunction. Why would you interview a chiropractor about nutrition? There are plenty of credible registered dietitians with lots of experience in the field of nutrition. Registered dietitians used evidence based research to make their recommendations. There are plenty of progressive dietitians in the field of alternative and holistic health. I couldn’t even finish this podcast on intermittent fasting because this “professional” is clearly not a “nutrition professional.”

Excellent podcast! This is definitely a topic we should be talking more about! I have been teaching and preaching about pelvic floor health to my clients for long as I can remember. It’s frustrating that they have to learn the importance of pelvic floor rehab from their prenatal massage therapist...Read full review »
