“Hey boiz, I just thought I’d drop by and leave you with a recipe that combines Tom’s pumpkin head and Kenny’s magical indian essence which also gets you higher than Tom’s desire for children.
1/2 kg pumpkin, 2 onions, finely chopped, 1 tomato, finely chopped, 3-4 green chillies, cut lengthwise, 4 tbsp fresh coriander, finely chopped, 4 tbsp THC oil, 2 cups water, salt to taste.
Grind to a paste: 6-8 kashmiri chillies, 1 tsp cumin seeds, 1/2 tsp turmeric, 1inch cinnamon, 8 peppercorns, 5 cloves, 2inch piece ginger, 8 garlic flakes, lime size tamarind soaked in 1 cup hot water (allow to cool), 3 tbsp vinegar, 1 tbsp sugar
Heat oil in a wok, saute the onion, tomatoes, 2 tbsp fresh coriander and salt until translucent and mushy. Add pumpkin, green chillies and cook for 3-4 minutes. Add the ground paste and fry this paste for a minute until the paste separates from the oil. Now add the water and bring to a boil and simmer for about 5-8 minutes until the pumpkin is cooked. Garnish with fresh coriander and serve hot with rice or rotis.
