Divisive
I don’t doubt there are some true things Roys reports on, but it’s always one sided and it’s always the accuser being interviewed and the accused is never represented. She says “I sent a request for comment but they never replied.” Someone else who never responded to false accusations? Jesus. James 3:17-18 [17] But the wisdom from above is first pure, then peaceable, gentle, open to reason, full of mercy and good fruits, impartial and sincere. [18] And a harvest of righteousness is sown in peace by those who make peace. ”Impartial” is missing and I think history will show this podcast to be more damaging and divisive than helpful. This is bad for the body of Christ and certainly there is no hint of due process. Be careful what you believe. Proverbs 18:17 says “ The one who states his case first seems right, until the other comes and examines him.” I have no affiliation with any of these churches or accusers but this is an unwise, unbiblical, and unloving attempt to tackle a real problem.

I really really loved this show for a long time until it took an unfortunate turn. If Julie wants to go woke - I will not be joining her. This show should have transcended politics, and for a while it did. I might as well just watch CNN now if I wanted this nonsense.

But I can’t wrap my head around how an intelligent person can wonder if it’s ok if a woman can be a pastor when of course a woman can be. Also, and maybe even worse, how she can endorse conversion therapy.
