In the latest episode of The Science of Personality, Ryne and Blake are joined by Peter Harms, PhD, professor of management at the University of Alabama’s Culverhouse College of Business, to talk about the likely convergence of two societal trends. The first trend is that the global workforce is increasingly shifting to an entrepreneurial economy with more independence and autonomy. The second is the increase in mental health issues and personality disorders.
