“I never really listened to podcasts before. I’ve been struggling with my mental health for about 10-15 years now. Going through various psychological help. I stumbled across Matt’s podcast about a month ago. Instantly it got my attention(which says a lot because I have a small attention span) so far each episode has helped me understand the way my brain works. For example-I was studying today and my brain started to drift off and all information after that I wasn’t taking in. So I decided to take a break- as no matter how hard I tried I wasn’t going to process anymore information. I learnt it from the podcast that when the brain goes wandering then it’s better to let it wander rather than forcing it to stay on task as that won’t be efficient. I’ve recommended the podcast to my friends as I think they will also benefit from it but as far as I am concerned it’s definitely helped me reduce my anxieties.
