“I am not the type of person that writes reviews. But this episode was so good it made me feel as if I was in the room with all of you. I recently lost my mom and realized that I’m dealing with depression and anxiety so instead of going to counseling again I decided to take care of myself in my own way. I started listening to these podcasts and found that a lot of people out there have a similar story that I do. Also I realized that I’m not so alone in the way that I think. There’ve been a number of topics that’s the first time I’ve ever heard these concepts it makes me research them makes me wanna understand things more thank you all for that. Right now every day is different some days are hard some days are easy but they’re different and I’m still trying to get used to it. With my mom gone. So thank you for having this podcast and thank you for not making me feel so alone continue to make me laugh and bring my thoughts to a better place and teach me with all these new concepts you all are bringing to light about me as a black woman in the world that I reside in. Next review I’ll try to leave some more helpful comments but this one I just wanted to say thank you.
