Celeste J. Ross, MA, HHC, GCFP, is the founder and owner of Inside Out Ventures, helping build educational, business, and family leaders from the inside out.  For over 25 years she has been combining her abilities as an educator, trainer/facilitator, and licensed Kolbe® Consultant to provide transformational experiences that develop the innate abilities of individuals, teams, families, and organizations.  Celeste has worked internationally and throughout the United States as a consultant, trainer, coach, and speaker with companies like Cartus International, The Hershey Company, and the Salt River Project - helping people develop skills, attitudes, and effective communication practices that impact a positive work culture and high levels of engaged performance. In addition to her degrees in Education and Health Arts and Sciences, Celeste holds certifications in The Feldenkrais® Movement Method, Integrative Nutrition, and offers a variety of online classes: Self-Care Matters, Leading Well, and Moving from the Inside Out.  She presently resides in Stockbridge, Massachusetts and enjoys hiking, photography, and writing children’s books about her favorite character, Curly Top.    In this episode, Chris Yonker discusses the importance of having the right people in the right roles within a company.
