Julie Menanno’s calm, thoughtful, and ultimately hopeful approach to attachment and relationship issues has been wholly educational. She takes the time to consistently define and dimensionalize anxious and avoidant attachment personas in an almost scientific way. And unlike many relationship professionals on social media, she rounds things out with a somatic approach.
