“Dear Sean and Ed,
I’ve been listening on-and-off for a good while now and generally I love listening to your show. Lately, though (and understandably) there’s been an increasing focus on politics and whilst I tend to agree with your political stances I’m finding myself having to go elsewhere to meet my need for psychological reflection. Generally I like to switch off from the news where I can (Heeding a bit of Morrissey’s latest advice - great song too!) as I find it depressing and quite paralysing at times. It’s a shame because prior to this I’ve really enjoyed hearing your thoughts and practices so would love to engage with these more without feeling like I’m getting a bit of a political lecture!
Just thought I’d share these thoughts with you, to consider or dismiss as you like. I see some other people really like this about your show - you can’t please everyone hey!! ;)
