Please Come Back For Ssn2
Podcast sitcoms are still a rarity now, because they so rarely WORK. They don’t need to be overly produced with lots of bells and whistles and shiny new .wav files or whatever - they don’t even need to be well ACTED. All they need to do is be fun to listen to, that’s it (and be somewhat amusing too, of course). And The Shelf Life is definitely a lot of fun to listen to... I admit, I didn’t like it at first - but I came back after a few months or so and restarted from episode 1, and for some reason THIS time I felt a strong connection to the premise and enjoyed it so much more - And so now that I’m a full fledged fan of the show, I look forward to new stories, hopefully, sometime in 2021(?) ~ I can but dream.

Starting this podcast was the perfect way to spend a quiet, rainy morning. The writing is charming and clever, the voice actors do a superb job, and the production is great. Give it a listen!
