“I had to unsubscribe after the episode about the FIFA. I can’t get myself to continue to listen to a podcast that has their emotions come before logic. This years World Cup is being held in an extremely conservative country. The laws that are in place there were put in place by Qatar’s gov’t, not by FIFA. Everyone there is a guest in another country, and as hosts they just asked that we be respectful of their laws. FIFA setting certain rules is for everyone’s SAFETY. How anyone cant see that is beyond me. It is not FIFA who set the prices for the beer, the laws involving homosexuality, etc. So to call them corrupt for that is just wrong. I was a bigger fan of the show years ago but throughout time, it’s become harder and harder to follow and I just can’t see the logic behind many stances that are discussed.”
