“The best episode I have listened to so far is episode 31. How to Create Your Perfect Morning routine!!
I’d never heard of the term Stream consciousness journaling before this podcast. But when I heard how it works and what it provides, something in my head just clicked. I immediately paused the podcast and went to journal. I journaled until I felt that my heart was fully heard and a sense of calmness washed over me. For me hearing this term was such an ‘aha’ moment because for over a decade I’d thought that journaling had to be done in a (cue my perfectionist demon) strategic way OR that you had to be a good writer. Today was the first time that I’ve felt that I enjoyed journalling and that it provided me with that safe place I have in my mind but out on paper (ie. allowing me to learn more about myself or something I can look back on for memories/ ideas).
I’m so grateful for stumbling upon Nesha’s instagram which lead me to take her Organize and Automate course this July and now listening to the gems of episode 31. I absolutely love how Nesha teaches in a way that is simple and easy. I always want to fight my over complicating nature as a perfectionist by simplifying and getting to the core of a task or project or giving myself proper ‘easy’ self care. Nesha’s Organize and Automate course provided just that for my kid lit illustration business. I’m still working on applying everything to my biz, but everything that I have done has been a real game changer! And now this podcast has also helped me in simplifying but creating quality self care in my morning routine.
I can’t stop making prayers for Nesha and her biz because I’ve gained so much peace of mind in both my biz and life.
