Description

And WHO gets to decide what perfect looks like? Why do we as women beat ourselves up because we don't look like models? Or because we don't look like we used to in our 20s? Or BEFORE we had kids? And when we beat ourselves up and say mean things about ourselves what does that teach our daughters (and sons) to do? Developing a healthy body image is so very important especially if you have daughters! Learn more about your ad choices. Visit megaphone.fm/adchoices
