Really Interesting Focus
There are a lot of Sister Wives recap podcasts out there. Some, like Ace and Katelyn Fanning’s are hilarious and deliciously inappropriate. Others are super sincere and take the whole show a bit too seriously for me. I really like this new podcast because it has its own vibe - a light and easy going tone with a solid focus on the verbal and non-verbal communication between the Brown family members, which I think most long-time viewers find to be one of the more fascinating elements of the show. Although it might seem late to the party, it’s interesting to hear recaps of first season episodes being done with everyone’s full knowledge of the situation the Brown family finds itself at the end of 2024. Dr. Adam walks the line between being fair and entertaining. While the episodes I’ve listened to so far have been straight up recaps, I hope he uses his expertise as a communications professor to do some deep dives into the individual Brown family members and their communication styles. Highly recommend this podcast for all Sister Wives weirdos.
