“This was such a wholesome listen, and I was delighted and fascinated to learn about the soap making process. I would say that Dallas is like the Bob Ross of soap; their voice was so gentle and soothing, their encouragement so genuine! When he asked that anyone following along, making soap, share their results with him—it really made me want to try making soap! (I haven’t had the time or ingredients yet, but it’s now on my list of crafts to-try.) I also found the bonus poetry episodes were just as soothing, and it was fun to hear the array of voices and poems they got. I will definitely look forward to this show’s eventual return when they’re able, because it was just what I needed. (Part of me would also love if he were to expand into deodorant, as I’ve been thinking about looking into that, too.)”
