“Hey there- I’m currently an child welfare social worker in Frederick, Maryland (US). I mainly work with children and families who are working towards adoption, but previously I was a CPS worker. I’ve been doing this job for almost 5 years and have my LCSW-C. I’ve been listening to this podcast for a few months and I enjoy it so much. It helps me feel connected to other workers who struggle with similar work and personal issues. Thank you for providing such a great platform to share info and perspective on child welfare social work.
