Better than supervision!
Every week I look forward to the podcast - it’s honest, funny and relatable. This week - social work PTSD - has been one of the very few things (aside from being paid being paid in beer..) that has kept me in social work. I am newly qualified & utterly lost in the shambles that is social work. But I am heartened to hear stories from more experienced practitioners that draws light on the issues we face & normalises our experiences. I feel ready to face another week. Keep up the fantastic work. Viva la social work revolution! ❤️
