“The guests she has had on have all been so interesting, thoughtful, and have even blown my mind a few times. I have started some of my days with this podcast and it’s a great way to set the tone of my day. Kay’s voice is very gentle and pleasant and she asks great questions!
My only issue was, during a guided meditation there is someone in the background making lunch? Some of you may be more practiced in meditation and that won’t phase you. I edit podcasts for a living and that was all I could think about 😅”
