Description
This is The Sound of Crime's third episode on The Texas Killing Fields and the second interview with Tim Miller. In this episode we focus on the ineptitude of law enforcement in the 30 or so murders that took place in the I-45 corridor between Houston and Galveston. Laura Miller, Tim's 16 year old daughter was one of those victims and the local police dismissed her as a runaway. That was the standard response to missing teenagers back in the 80s. Tim has been diligent in pursuing his daughter's killer and has not had a lot of help from local law enforcement. Today he is closer than he's ever been so stay tuned.
