“I discovered this podcast a couple of years ago. Having grown up in ENC (Eastern NC); I have always enjoyed when the episodes took a trip to North Carolina. As much as I love the city of Charleston and spent the better part of my 20s and 30s weekends there; Stephanie does an amazing job of bringing the entire region of the South and its food to the listeners. She is always on task and the interviews are always light and full of humor. She interviews the region’s best chefs and brings a vision to the listeners their restaurants. If you love southern cooking and the establishments she covers; you will not be disappointed. Keep on doing what you’re doing. We love it.”
