What's up Withces!? This weeks episode is all about how to practice and cultivate for self-love and compassion for yourself. During this episode, I talk about how self-love is so much deeper than yoga and bubble bath's. Not that I'm knocking either of those things! Yoga and bubble bath's are both excellent ways to care for yourself if that's what you vibe with.
