“As someone who is currently undergoing a lot of healing and recognizing trauma and how it’s affected my relationships, I’ve turned to this podcast and Jorge for guidance. The episode on Forgiveness and “Surrender” have moved me in such a way I never expected. Jorge has an incredible gift of making the listener understand these difficult concepts in such a gentle way. He is so real with his own struggles and journey that makes the content so relatable. His poetry is moving and powerful and just so beautiful. This podcast has inspired me to be kinder to myself during this process of healing. Give it a listen!! 10/10 would recommend.”
