I really wanted to like this
Listened to this after finishing TMA, but it just doesn’t hit the mark for me. It was good at first but now it’s too confusing to follow. The smaller sub plots keep overshadowing the bigger plot and it’s hard to figure out how the characters fit in. There are so many random episodes in between actual plot development that it’s just not fun to listen to. The worst part is the audio engineering, the background noises are SO jarring and thrown in randomly that it’s terrifying because my headphones are up due to the narration being so quiet. The sound effects are also just really graphic for no reason. Tbh I probably won’t finish this one. As an artist I totally get how hard it is to put your work out there so props to Jeremy for that but this is a hard pass.
