“Sometimes it is good to hear fresh ideas and sometimes it good to hear reinforcement of ideas that you may already subscribe to and practice in your life. The Strong Life Project podcasts are exactly that type of forum for me.
The Podcasts are chronological in their numbered episodes but it is not necessary that you start listening to Episode 1 and work your way through. You can literally listen to any episode on any topic you chose although it is easier for me work my way through podcasts numerically. If there’s an episode I’m cool with then I might skip it and go to the next likewise I can listen again to an episode that strikes an accord with me.
Shaun talks about action items to reinforce each of the topics too. I don’t review anything lightly but I feel compelled to in this instance as I genuinely believe that there is benefit in The Strong Life Project. Have a listen, read the notes and make your own mind up.
