OMG I have listened to this chapter talking about mediation and how little efficient it is comparing to the other steps a person can take - Tai was talking about the 3 most things people regret when they’re old - I’ve searched for it in the internet - I don’t know where he brought these “facts” . Most of the regrets are about relationship with close family ( not loving enough not fighting enough to heal broken relationships etc) Tai is completely twisting it! I took the 67 steps (old version) Tai teaches very well how to improve life - but how to change your life (!) this is something which you can never learn from someone that valuate medication as a poor tool. He’s a master in the materialistic aspects but in the spirituals - which will bring the significant change in life - he doesn’t know much
