“The stories and reporting are great but the background music is VERY ANNOYING! I am not able to listen to full episodes because the sound effects read as manipulative. They are influencing the listener on how to feel about what is being said and that is not needed. The stories and interviewees speak for themselves. This may work well for other formats but I go to podcasts for clear speaking experience. Is there anyway to listen to these reports without the sound effects?”
