Rachel Kutz the Vice President for Mass Market Supply Chain and Operational Efficiencies.  She leads the consumer product supply chain for AT&T Mobility, Broadband, and Business. In this role, she energizes a team of over a thousand diverse employees dedicated to better serving customers through operations coupled with an unbridled passion to deliver world-class customer service with retail excellence. This includes ownership of all AT&T’s sourcing, logistics, supplier quality control, planning, purchasing and fulfillment of consumer and business products and equipment, as well as Supplier Diversity & Sustainability initiatives. Rachel is an inclusive thought leader who develops inventive solutions requiring high emotional intelligence, deep expertise in analytics, and managerial courage to drive complex issue resolution in highly competitive environments.
